take a break/time out will suspend your account for
the length of time requested (from 24 hours to 6
weeks). This status will also be applied across any

Support who will offer to extend your time out if
required or apply the necessary checks prior to
reopening your account.
Reality Check
You can set a reality check on your account which
will notify you each time your limits have been
reached.
For example, if you set a 30
minute reality check, every 30 minutes the
‘reality check’ will suspend play and
give you the option to continue playing or end your
session
